・statement・

I create works that are painted on a panel that imitates a smartphone or tablet, using only the index finger that many people will probably use to operate them.

Many people own smartphones and tablets, which have become an infrastructure.

I tried to preserve the materiality of the pigments and the vividness of the spur that the fingers leave in those that are inorganic but symbolize people’s lives.
